Merrylands is a deed-restricted community. The restrictions, established by the builder, were intended to ensure a reliable set of expectations for the residents. If you have any questions about the deed restrictions, please contact the Property Manager. 

 In order to maintain the deed restrictions, the community has a board of directors who maintain oversight for the operation of the community. In addition, Sterling Association Management has been contracted to manage our daily affairs. Sterling is your source for all information related to the community.

Merrylands has quarterly board meetings.  These meetings are your opportunity to raise questions, become involved or simply to observe and gain a better understanding of how your community is maintained.  Details about upcoming meetings will be posted to the Calendar when they're available.
