All exterior improvements, like kind included, (i.e., painting, roofing, tree removal, etc.) require ACC approval prior to starting the work. If you are unsure the improvement you are doing needs approval, please call Sterling Association Services, Inc. at (832) 678-4500 for clarification. You can find the application here.
